JEBA organized an Awareness Workshop on “Excellence and innovation in private sector institutions”, presented by Dr. Ibrahim Al Rawabdeh / Executive Manager of King Abdullah II Center of Excellence.

the workshop included the following axes:

- The approach between the concepts of excellence and innovation in the business environment, and the institutional innovation model and its fields.

- Provide a detailed explanation of the center's services to support the business environment.

- Discuss the cooperation areas between JEBA and the King Abdullah II Center for Excellence by offering a Special offer to JEBA members for those applying to benefit from their programs within two weeks of the awareness workshop.

- The role of models and standards of excellence and innovation, and the application of international best practices in helping private sector institutions to develop their internal systems, identify strengths and opportunities for improvement, and provide a treatment prescription for institutions.

- The impact of applying excellence and innovation models on private sector institutions.

- Review standards of excellence (Enablers - Results), as the results system exceed financial results.

- Define the concept and tools for evaluating institutional performance and focus on the importance of evaluation results and accountability as a response to the evaluation.
