CBI: An introductory meeting about the Import Promotion
JEBA organized an introductory meeting for the institution affiliated with the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The center aims to support inclusive and sustainable economies by strengthening the capabilities of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in developing countries to help them export their products and services to European and regional markets.
CBI works to improve the economic, social and environmental sustainability of these companies by providing training, guidance and market information. The Center supports the creation of decent job opportunities, with a special focus on enhancing the role of women and youth in entrepreneurship and management positions. It also seeks to promote sustainable production and trade by providing support to improve services, laws and regulations necessary for the success of SMEs.
The center's programs include:
• Export opportunities to European markets
• Building the capabilities of supporting companies and organizations
• Provide knowledge about market requirements
• Support projects related to corporate social responsibility (CSR)
• Strengthening linkages in value chains and sustainable technologies.
• Market intelligence tools and training programs to support companies in achieving success in European markets.
