Polish Deputy Minister of Agriculture Stefan Kravetski stated that his country is looking forward to developing its relationship with Jordan and increasing the volume of trade between the two countries in agricultural products. He added that Jordanian vegetable products are in demand in Polish markets and have a good reputation due to the favorable climate in Jordan and the farmers' use of modern farming methods that do not rely on chemicals or synthetic fertilizers.
Kravetski explained that since 2014, after Russia closed its borders to Polish products, Poland has worked to open global markets for its products, especially Polish apples, which were mostly exported to Russia, a large market. However, Poland has managed to overcome this challenge by opening new markets, which has positively impacted Polish farmers, enabling them to improve their work and enhance the quality of their products.
