The 26th Ordinary and 27th Extraordinary General Assembly Meetings of the Jordan Europe Business Association (JEBA) Convened

On Saturday, March 22, 2025, the 26th Ordinary and 27th Extraordinary General Assembly Meetings of the Jordan Europe Business Association (JEBA) were held at the Association’s headquarters in Rabieh, under the chairmanship of JEBA President Mr. Ali Haider Murad, and with the legal quorum of attending members.

The Ordinary Meeting reviewed JEBA’s key achievements in 2024 and discussed future directions. The administrative report and the financial statements for the fiscal year were approved, the Board of Directors was discharged, and “Noubani & Ma’rouf Certified Public Accountants Co. LLC” was elected as the legal auditor for the new year.

During the Extraordinary Meeting, members voted to amend Article (5) of the internal bylaws, extending the term of the Board of Directors from two to three years, and setting a maximum of two consecutive terms instead of three.

These meetings reflect JEBA’s commitment to enhancing governance systems and promoting institutional transparency in line with members’ aspirations and the requirements of the coming phase.
