The Jordanian European Business Association (JEBA) organized a workshop entitled (Governance of Family Businesses - Ensuring the Successful Transmission of Family Business to Future Generations) presented by Eng. Including corporate governance in general, the components and characteristics of family corporate governance, senior management and boards of directors, and the family constitution. The workshop included a presentation to clarify the benefits and advantages of governance. In addition, the names of some international companies that implement the concept of governance were presented. Eng. Marji also pointed out the importance of the role of women in family governance.
